Eric has been passionate about helping people since his early years growing up in “Sweet Home Alabama”.  He always knew that he wanted to chart a course helping others and that path led him to real estate serving his clients and guiding them through one of the biggest investments in their lives.  For years, Eric has been involved in the sales and marketing of millions of dollars worth of real estate in the Greater Dayton area.  He has earned the Dayton Realtors Sales Leaders Club Award of Distinction and the Ohio Realtors Presidents Sales Club Award of Distinction.  He was named the #1 agent, with his previous brokerage, in the Beavercreek Irongate office for 2022 & 2023.  Eric joined Real of Ohio in November 2025 and founded the Greater Dayton Real Estate Group. Eric, his wife Christy, and their family love to travel and enjoy taking cruises as often as possible.  Eric feels incredibly fortunate and blessed to work with amazing clients who become friends and a strong part of his referral network.
